Visiting Rules

Reservations and Tickets

Reservations are made in the name of the person or persons included in the visitor list and are valid only for those individuals once the ticket has been paid for.

Reservations must be made no later than 48 hours before the date and time of the visit.

A single reservation may include up to 15 visitors.

Individual visits without a group are not available.

Changes and Refunds

If a visitor is unable to attend the scheduled visit on the reserved date and time, the reservation cannot be rescheduled and the amount paid is non-refundable.

Access

Children over the age of 10 are permitted to enter the Palace, except for special cases and events for which specific permission has been granted. Accessibility to the building is provided for people with mobility difficulties, provided advance notice is given.

Identification Document

Carrying a valid identity card is mandatory for passing through the security checkpoint and for verifying the identity of the person included in the group visitor list. Non-EU citizens are required to present a passport.

Entrance and Transportation

Visitors enter the park through the Eastern Entrance, on the side of the Vrana Estate.

If the group is formed before entering Vrana Park-Museum, public transportation can be used from the city centre: take the metro to Tsarigradsko Shose Metro Station, followed by buses No. 185 or E186. The journey takes approximately 25 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

For organized groups arriving by their own transportation, buses must stop outside the park boundaries, except in exceptional circumstances. Private cars are not permitted inside the park.

Park

Vrana Palace Park is state-owned, and the current visitor regulations do not apply to its management or access arrangements. At present, no separate entrance fee is charged for the park.

Dress Code and Conduct

Visitors are required to wear clothing appropriate to the historical character of the Palace and the chapel. Intolerant or hateful language is not permitted.

Prohibited Items and Photography

Weapons, food, beverages, and bulky luggage are not permitted inside the building.

Photography with a camera and/or mobile device inside the building is prohibited, except in specifically designated areas where photography is permitted.
